Purchased a Ram 2500 from www.action-mj-auto.com – Invoice & Delivery Question

Hi everyone, I recently won a Ram 2500 through action-mj-auto.com. This is my first time buying from them, so I just want to make sure I understand how everything works.

Do they send the invoice automatically after the auction ends, or do I need to request it?

Also, how reliable is their delivery process? I’m about 480 miles away from the pickup location and trying to plan accordingly. Any feedback from someone who has purchased from action-mj-auto.com would be appreciated.

I’ve purchased from Action MJ Auto  before. The invoice is sent automatically after you win the auction. In my case, I received it within about 10–12 hours by email. It included full wire instructions and payment details. Very straightforward process. As for delivery, mine took about 7 days after payment cleared.

Same experience here. I bought a Silverado through action-mj-auto.com earlier this year. Invoice came the same day. After I completed the wire and they confirmed payment, transport was scheduled within a couple of days. Driver contacted me directly before arrival.

Mine was right on schedule. They gave me a 2-day delivery window, and it arrived within that timeframe. I’d say just expect a window, not an exact hour. Communication was decent overall.

I’ve been a member on www.action-mj-auto.com for over a year now. Last year I purchased a 2021 Ford F-150 from Action MJ Auto and everything went smoothly.

This time I won a 2020 Toyota Highlander for my wife, but I didn’t check my email in time and the invoice appears to have expired.

Has anyone had this happen before? Is the invoice still valid or do I need to request a new one?

Hey, I’ve bought twice from Action MJ Auto, a Silverado and later an Altima.

From what I remember, invoices do have a deadline. How long ago did you receive it? If it’s only been a short time, I’d contact the department that issued it immediately. Did you get any reminder emails?

It was sent about 3 days ago. I don’t see a second reminder yet, but I may have overlooked something.

When you bought your Silverado, did you get more than one notification?
